What are your hours?
We are open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

What are the ages of children at Bright Start Academy?
We care for children from 6 weeks through Pre-K.

Are you licensed and do you accept State assistance?
Yes, we are licensed by the State of Missouri and do accept State assistance, however, there is normally a co-pay.

What holidays are you closed?
We are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

What are your tuition rates?
Each Academy is different, please call your preferred location for more information.

Are your teachers certified in CPR and/or First Aid?
Yes! Each Academy requires all staff to be certified in CPR and First Aid.

What meals do you serve?
We serve breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack, which is included in your tuition. All meals follow the guidelines set up through the Missouri Licensing and Child Care Bureau so they are nutritious, child-friendly meals.

Do children go outside every day?
Our playgrounds are an extension of our classrooms. Your child will be able to run, jump, and play outside each day, weather permitting.

What type of training and/or qualifications do your staff have?
All of our professional educators are required to receive training through the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation, Missouri State Licensing, and our own Bright Start Academy standards. For more information, please check out our Professional Educators.

Can we visit our child during the day?
Absolutely! Bright Start Academy has an open-door policy; you are always welcome to visit your child during the day.
